Baked fresh daily, our legendary sourdough crust takes over 12 hours to prepare. Each crust is brushed with pure olive oil to create a crust which is airy, thick and crisp.

Maybe overcooked or left under warming light to long. Thick crust pizza is not my favorite, however this one was big, thick and doughy. But, we use the best ingredients to construct each and every one. Our crust takes 8 hours to prepare, it is a true labor of love. Our 12" medium pizza is $10.95, our 16" large is $13.75 and our thin crust cheese pizza is $8.25. The price does vary when you build your own depending on which ingredients you choose.
