They have a flat noncompressable sole which is ideal. Oly shoes are great but you can get some Chucks for $40 and they're cool in & outside the gym.Wear them. It will hurt like hell for a few days, but they will stretch some. Main reason I returned them was because a callus started developing because my pinky toe was rubbing. Just gotta wear them and deal with it for a couple weeks....
