The options so far I got is: 1. the device may be defective, T-mobile will send me a new device. 2. contact Verizon to see if their router has a problem. These are not great choices. Turns out, the SB6190 has a bug in the firmware (Version: 9.1.93N specifically) that causes it to start dropping packets, especially PPTP VPN packets. The ports the Cellspot uses (123, 500 and 4500) are common PPTP VPN ports. Seems the SB6190 is the cause of the issues with the Cellspot going offline. As of now, there is no "fix" for the issue ...EGO have a brand new 4GLTE CellSpot and own not working. The power light are flashing green and the internet bright will flashing orange.
