You missed the pulse from a cinder core -- 10% more bxp burn rate. Plus, gotta check how things stack with eachother, but i think equipped cinder core would give a higher bxp rate than pulse core. Pulse core with bxp: 100xp base + 100xp (bxp) + 100xp (50 base + 50bxp) for a total of 300 xp
