While using finesse you use dexterity instead of strength for accuracy. There's no reason to add rogue for that. There's no split between dexterity and strength. You don't get damage from strength when using amulet of agile. You don't get accuracy from strength when having finesse. My main character lost 2 strength from a fight (i think the fangberry one) and even after resting is stuck with the "permanent" debuff. My main character, an Archer, is afflicted with Fatigue even after camping. Spells and health are restored, but she still has permanent fatigue. My priest has the Lesser Restoration spell which is supposed to cure Fatigue, but it doesn't seem to work. Potions don't help either..
