Ideally you will use the dreamer halberd with runic armor and light mender head/boots/backpack. This gives you 65% Mana reduction and bonus spectral damage which is same as the Halberd. Alternatively you can get the priest cap from monsoon which has a bunch of bonus damages and Mana reduction. Is it feasible to main a dreamer halberd build and using ritualist breakthrough at the same time? I like the auto debuff enemy resist, and can use torment to weaken/sapped them at the same time for survival boosting.
