Edit: cross-checked other similar problems, figure that it might be caused by a mod "all the backup sights", will do some further testing now. Further Update: removal of the mod "all the backup sights ...I use Fins AI for just the difficulty and on the main page that pops up, click the button that turns off all spawn changes. Then download Lua’s Spawn Rework, it’s a very easy to use config that gives you complete control of spawn waves, what spawns, when it spawns, etc. For gear Variation there is another couple of mods that you can use ......
